Confidence of the American workers in retirement decreased quickly to lowest record of 36% by Sept. 2011, from 44 percent last year. The deterioration was the end result of of the whole downturn in confidence in the economy, personal investment, personal health, public benefits, and benefits given by organizations. The number of Americans who experienced “Not at all confident” that they will be ready to pay out for important living budget in retirement years has increased from 14% in Sept. of last year, to 28% in Sept.September this year. This lack of faith was similar in collecting Social Security & Medicare benefits comparable to present time retirees that plunged from confidence level of approximately 15 percent to 9 percent for the same period of time.
According to numbers from other research about one third of Americans with 401K and other retirement plans quit spending money into their pension accounts. And, twenty percent of the employees, in advance, took funds from those retirement accounts. These two issues have further badly affected the confidence in retirement.
The proportion of Individuals who contemplated postponing their retirement on account of the economical disorders by 3 or more years spiked from 43% in Dec. 2008 to 61 percent in Sept. 2011. Workers in America who believed to be currently employed at the retirement age of 67 dropped from about 50 percent in December 2008 to about one third in September of this year, and those who perceive themselves full time employed at retirement age increased form 19 to 29 percent for the same length of time. The age group that witnessed the intense increase in the expectation to have full time employment were persons between age 60 to 66 years.
Naturally, the economic slump was a major feature that triggered those current tendencies. The principal factor for postponing the retirement was to make greater funds to continue. Various other reasons like “staying active, preserve active social life, keeping medical benefits, worries about social security,” continued to be consistent with the exemption of “love own employment” where there was a severe drop in “I love my jobnot ready to finish my job” t o only 10 percent in Sept. of 2011 from approximately 19% a year earlier!

THE HAGUE, Sept. 12 (Xinhua) -- The Dutch government has decided to send more experts to Ukraine to strengthen the recovery and repatriation mission tasked to handle the Malaysian Airlines flight MH17 crash, Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte said on Friday.
The experts will arrive in the government-held Kharkiv city, close to the crash site in conflict-torn eastern Ukraine, to join the team of 10-15 members staying there after the Dutch government announced a halt to the recovery and repatriation work on Aug. 6 due to the deteriorating security condition in the area.
"We will do everything to get to the MH17 crash site to continue the work we unfortunately had to stop due to the insecurity," said Rutte.
"With more experts going back, we will be fully prepared when opportunity arises to go back to the crash site and act quickly," he added.
The flight MH17, from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur, went down in separatists-controlled eastern Ukraine on July 17, killing all 298 on board, two-thirds of whom were Dutch.
The Ukrainian government and Western countries accuse the rebels of shooting the aircraft down with a surface-to-air BUK missile supplied by Russia. Moscow and the rebels have denied this accusation and point their finger at Kiev.
A preliminary report released on Tuesday by the Dutch Safety Board (OVV), which is leading the probe, said the flight "broke up in the air probably as the result of structural damage caused by a large number of high-energy objects that penetrated the aircraft from outside."
Rutte also stressed that he did not want to give false hope, saying: "We have no guarantee that access to the disaster site will be possible. But no doubt, if we can work at the crash site we will do that right away."
Calling the ceasefire in eastern Ukraine since last week a hopeful development, Rutte said: "the security situation around the crash site remains fragile. We can, of course, only put people to work if it can be justified. That is also the v.
